Parkinson has told of looking to get more players through the door: “We are still looking to improve in areas. Slowly but surely we will hopefully make those signings and come the start of the season, have a squad which is strong and competitive. Hopefully we will sign a few more players and – equally – work with the ones we have got. We have got some really good players and a good core of a squad already. There's players in the squad who have played at this level and above before, and there's some who will be new to League One. We will work with everybody and try and get a team that we can continue the success that we've had so far.”
