While no deal has been finalised, City Football Group may be inspired by Chelsea’s successful strategy of developing young talent at RC Strasbourg, where the team is now competing for a Champions League spot. The Cityzens could look to replicate this approach with Troyes, currently struggling in Ligue 2 and working to avoid relegation to France’s third division. Sangare has attracted interest from several Bundesliga clubs, too, with a departure this summer inevitable.
